Indian Outsource Emails
This email, which is fairly typical of an increasing number of emails I receive from Indian providers, actually tells you a lot of what you need to know.
95% of business owners I speak to were disappointed by their experience with Indian technology providers. I worked briefly with one such firm but it was only after a recent 1 month trip to India that I started to understand how different our respective cultures actually are.
